Good OS has announced “Cloud” which is a new operating system which boots into a browser with Google, Live, and Yahoo! In seconds, and furthermore optionally boots into Microsoft Windows.Cloud integrates a web browser with a compressed Linux OS kernel to bring instant access to the internet, rich client apps, integration of browser and total control of the computer form inside of the browser.Cloud features a well designed browser with an icon dock for shortcuts to favourite apps, icons to switch to Windows, power off, tabs for multi-tasking between web and rich client apps, and perform other necessary system functions.Further information concerning Cloud will be released at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on January 8th 09.
